unit injectors
Unit injectors have been the backbone of the heavy-duty diesel engine market for decades. We have the experience and expertise to recover the critical sealing surfaces of your injectors, ensuring they will last another lifecycle at up to 2200 bar. We have remanufactured over 1.5 million UIs.
high pressure pumps
High-pressure pumps are the workhorses of modern common rail systems. They keep constant high pressure ready for the injectors over the entire engine operating time. These parts see a lot of wear in critical sealing areas, as well as the plunger tappets and rollers. With over a decade of common rail experience, we have developed robust recovery solutions to fully restore fuel delivery and pressure curves to OE specifications.

The injector is the “brains” of today’s common rail diesel fuel systems. It is the most critical component to ensuring consistent emissions and driveability. Our products are restored to OE performance levels through testing to OE standards and a decade of development. We also reclassify each injector for the proper trim codes.
hydrocarbon dosers
Hydrocarbon dosers are part of today’s diesel exhaust gas emissions control strategy. They control the precise delivery of fuel into the exhaust stream to increase exhaust temperatures, which helps the diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and diesel particulate filter (DPF) turn captured soot into ash. Incorrect functioning systems can cause expensive DOC and DPF repairs.

The injectors and pump work as a system to inject DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) into the exhaust stream critical for reducing NOx emissions and keeping the air clean for future generations.
