Machining
Our flexible, quick-change CNC machines can handle a variety of small-run jobs, from aluminum to hard-milling steel up to 62HRC. We can cover it all.
grinding
Our high-precision, sub-micron grinding operations utilize the latest methodologies to recover more parts back to OE tolerances and surface finish. This allows us to seal pressures up to 2700bar for hundreds of millions of cycles. We also offer ID/OD grinding and superfinishing operations, which are used in today’s modern OE fuel systems manufacturing plants.
washing
Washing is essential for remanufacturing diesel fuel systems. Disassembled core returns must be thoroughly cleaned to remove heavy engine oils and biodiesel deposits before precision grinding or assembly. We use a variety of technologies, including the latest hydrocarbon and aqueous washers with ultrasonics, to achieve the highest levels of cleanliness.
gaging/ inspection
Many companies seek to gage in the micron and submicron world, but few have the expertise and competence to ensure the highest levels of accuracy. We can measure down to 5 places metric using our laboratory equipment to ensure we consistently have the proper clearances. Technologies include roundness/concentricity measurements, laser interferometers, optical gages, air gages and a variety of equipment typically found in the diesel injection field today.
Assembly
Critical micron clearances and stroke/gap measurements are essential for making high-quality remanufactured diesel fuel systems. We utilize the most advanced tightening systems, force/distance controlled pressing operations, and leak detection equipment to ensure that our products meet or exceed OEM specifications.
Functional testing
The final test stands are typically the largest investment in today’s diesel fuel injection manufacturing world. We utilize core technologies to ensure that injectors have the proper trim codes applied, which ensures proper fueling requirements throughout the engine operation range. This ensures that each injector meets OE requirements.
