Our History
1985 – Privately owned Reman center
1989 – Acquired by Roger Penske/Diesel Technology Corp. (DTC)
1993 – Robert Bosch LLC acquires 49% of DTC
1995 – Robert Bosch LLC secures 50% ownership of DTC
1998 – DDC acquires 100% ownership and Detroit Diesel Reman North (DDRN) is formed
2000 – DDC acquired by DaimlerChrysler Corp.
2008 – Robert Bosch LLC secures 50% ownership of DDRN and NAFSR is formed
Currently – NAFSR operates successfully in the market and has been able to steadily increase its market share over the last years.
